We use environmentally safe cleaning products that kill and remove      algae which, returns the roof to the original color.

We DO NOT use chlorine-based chemicals. Chlorine is only a temporary solution that masks the algae and accelerates aging of shingles.

Our biodegradable product is harmless to plants and animals.

Our cleaning product is manufactured specifically for shingle and tile roofing. This product costs slightly more than chlorine, BUT THE BENEFIT—your roof will stay cleaner...longer!

After the application and cleaning process, the product will continue to clean with the next few rainfalls.
